RE-ENROLLMENT APPLICATION 2015-2016

 

If you plan to have your child continue as a student at Carondelet Leadership Academy for the 2015-2016 school year, you are required to complete this form. For the 2015-2016 school year, CLA will offer grades K-8. Students presently attending CLA and their siblings will be given first priority. This form must be returned by March 23, 2015 to guarantee your child’s placement. After that date, CLA will begin open enrollment
